Dirt and gravel roads are low-volume roads that have relatively low use and provide service to residences and agricultural, logging and recreational areas. Most dirt and gravel roads are privately maintained and serve individual lots or small subdivisions. Maintaining and improving these roads can be a major responsibility for landowners.
The learning objective of this course is how to manage and maintain a dirt and gravel road.
